Through Hey Girl, I hope to give young girls a safe, comfortable place to learn and build confidence in their bodies as they change and grow into women. I support mother/daughter relationships and encourage open communication even when the Sass starts to hit! I see you mama!

How is it different from the puberty education they might receive in school? Well, pretty much in every way, starting with it being more than a 5 minute video that’s played in class.

God created you fearfully and wonderfully, so let’s learn about it!

As with everything I do at Happily wholistic, I try and meet you where you are. I always offer a good, better, best method when we make choices about products we put on or in our bodies. This course was created out of a need I saw for young girls to be in a comfortable environment with peers they feel supported by. I go over all the body changes and what to expect while keeping it fun and light hearted. I offer a real approach at what’s going on in their bodies— why, how and when it’s all going down!

We will touch on everything from— the best bras, boys, your uterus all the way to putting on a pad and tampon!

Girls are given the opportunity to ask any questions in a fun and anonymous way.

This course is 2.5-3 hours with a lunch/dinner/snack break. One parent will host the event in their home. I find it helps when girls are in a comfortable space.

I usually have the girls huddle around and sit in front of me with the moms behind in the back.

Total Group course cost is $580 with a max of 10 girls.

(School, organizations and some exceptions allowed)

So gather up their friends, peers, sports teammates, neighbors and these little ladies will have some fun learning!

Included in the cost is a super cute “period pouch” that the girls will get to customize and fill with the essentials! Having tools and being prepared is so important! ($35 value)
